For our European headquarters in Hamburg we are currently seeking a

• First point of contact for assigned customers requiring technical support
• Give recommendations on ingredient selection and process adjustments for customers
• Utilise laboratory and pilot plant equipment (from set-up to CIP) to conduct trials related to customer projects
• Regular travel across the assigned region
• Conduct laboratory formulation of a wide range of food products demonstrating the value of our texturising solutions
• Identify new product innovation opportunities to drive business growth
• Understand the needs of customers and work with the business team to quickly deliver innovative solutions

• Degree in food science, food technology or food engineering
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a technical services or product development role in the food or food ingredient industry
• Experience in running pilot plant equipment and supervising factory trials
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Strong project and time management skills
