Junior Product Manager
Specialty Ingredients (m/f/d)
Location: Heidelberg / Germany
Your responsibilities
- You will take care of a part of the international product portfolio of our specialty ingredients (functional ingredients such as proteins, fibers) in the EMEAI region.
- You will implement the specialty ingredients strategy and develop and deploy action plans for this purpose.
- Based on market observation and trend analyses, you will develop new product ideas and concepts from Stockholm to Cape Town.
- You will manage projects and innovations from product development to prototype production and market launch.
- As an expert for your product portfolio, you will drive it internally as well as externally. You support your sales colleagues through training, marketing measures and joint customer visits.
- You will internally coordinate cooperation with various interface areas (product development, sales, procurement etc.) and work in international and multifunctional teams.
Your profile
- Bachelor / master degree in business studies with a focus on marketing / sales or technological studies with a food focus.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the food industry in the area of marketing / sales or in a technological area with a high affinity to marketing / product management.
- Very good knowledge of German and English; confident handling of MS Office.
- You are enthusiastic about food, healthy nutrition and food trends.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are open to change.
- You are a committed and customer-oriented team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course.
- You enjoy analytical-conceptual but also creative work.
