Location: Muenster or homebased in Nortwest-Germany

OUR CLIENT

Griffith Foods Inc. is headquartered in Illinois, USA and develops and manufactures customized food ingredient systems. The family-owned company offers seasoning systems, texture and coating solutions, sauce systems etc. In Germany, the company is based in Muenster and has an own culinary centre to create individualized and tailor-made product solutions for industrial customers in the protein processors sector.

YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
  • Manage and develop the relationships with key customers and prospects and detect new opportunities
  • Create new protein products together with the customer with strong focus on health, taste, and sustainability
  • Work together with sales, product development and marketing to execute the strategy for the market segment
  • Maintain and grow current revenue and margins, negotiate prices and follow-up on the offers
WHAT TO BRING
  • Several years of professional experience and proven success in B2B ingredient sales within Germany
  • Experience in working with multinationals – a network within the protein processors sector is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivation, independent work style with team spirit, strong communications skills and ability to successfully negotiate and open new doors as well as high customer orientation
