Now we´re looking for a Q(quality) H(Hygiene) E(Environment) Manager (m/f/d) who should be located close to Langerringen / Augsburg and able to travel in Germany and France.
QHE Manager (m/f/d) France & Germany
Your Tasks
Reporting to the France & Germany Operations Director (based in the head office in Reims, France) and part of the management committee, the QHE Manager France & Germany is managing a team of 4 people based in France, including the technical center manager.
- Introduce and implement a sustainable, global quality management system in line with our CSR policy
- Ensure the coherence and efficiency of the QMS with respect to international standards and continuous improvement
- Management of internal audits and certifications within the MEFA region
- Compliance & implementation of appropriate quality & food safety standards (HACCP)
- Monitoring of legal quality and food standards as well as changes in customer requirements to improve customer satisfaction, quality and food safety
- Define and implement control schemes regarding regulations, risk analysis, customer requirements
- Ensure that all processes comply with customer requirements for product quality and food safety
- Delivery of reliable and appropriate analytical results
- Ensure the coherence, efficiency and improvement of the environmental management system
- Monitor and optimize regional environmental performance and take corrective action following an incident
Your Profile
- Education in quality management, brewery or food manufacturing with relevant work experience of at least 5 years in quality management or a similar function
- Extensive knowledge of quality, food safety, environment, QHE standards
- English and German fluency is mandatory to ensure effective communication with the wider team
- Good interpersonal skills and team management
- Good Project Management skills, analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
- Ability to present information and respond to requests from the group
- Strong commitment to ethics, values and corporate culture
- Flexibility essential as this role will involve regular business trips in France and Germany up to 1/3 of the time
